I strongly believe that focusing just on nutrition and exercise is not enough for our health and weight.
Our body listens to what our mind thinks and to what is deeply rooted in our subconscious.
As long as we fight against our body, our body will fight against us.
For me, nutrition means joy and consciousness.
Our body is smarter than any diet.
Stress and feelings of guilt affect our fat metabolism and therefore our weight. If we enjoy what we eat, our body will reflect that joy.
Though I studied nutritional counseling, I owe my knowledge mostly to all the people who have taken me along on their journeys. Nothing informs my knowledge as much as the contact I have with real people and their stories.
I'm deeply grateful to what I've learned from all these individuals, so I could repeatedly experience that restrictions have nothing to do with self-love and the needs of every human being as an individual.
